Corporate sustainability and corporate social responsibility practices.

ARPA, which is in constant evolution, is immersed in a voluntary and active contribution process for the social, economic and environmental improvement of the company itself.

To this end, the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee has been set up, which is an internal advisory board that does not have executive duties, but it can provide information, advice and proposals within its sphere of activity.

We work for the Sustainable Development Goals

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), also known as the Global Goals are a universal call to action to end poverty, to protect the planet and to ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.

ARPADC works directly on Goal 8, 9 and 17, providing society with Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure that advocates social evolution, which in turn promotes human development.

Goal 8DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

Technological innovation and opportunities must be equal, which means that the resources they need must be made available for them. ARPADC has a range of products available for any IT requirement however small it might be.

We do not allow forced labor, slavery and human trafficking in any of the projects we are involved in.

Goal 9:INDUSTRY, INNOVATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE

The investment in infrastructure and innovation are the basic driving forces of economic growth and development.

With more than half of the world population living in cities, mass transportation and renewable energy are becoming increasingly more important, as are the growth of new industries and information and communications technology.

Goal 17:PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE GOALS

At ARPADC we promote growth and trade, we increase the global intercommunication, we promote the access to technology and we contribute to innovation.

At ARPADC we believe in a universal equitable trading system, which is based on fair, transparent rules that benefit everyone.

The contributions of ARPADC to the SDGs 8 and 9 also help promote progress in other SDGs both in the company itself within its CSR policy and also in the companies where our equipment is used.

Goal 1NO POVERTY

Eradicating all forms of poverty continues to be one of the main challenges faced by humanity; it requires focusing on the most vulnerable by increasing their access to basic resources and services.

Thanks to solutions like ours, they can use secure and up-to-date data resources and services anywhere in the world, which stops the poorest, most disadvantaged communities from being completely isolated.

Goal 3HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

Build the capacity to achieve universal health coverage for example, through centralized data systems or expanding on the systems that are currently available.

Goal 4QUALITY EDUCATION

Provide society with communication mechanisms and access to data systems anywhere in the world.

Goal 5GENDER EQUALITY

Eliminating all forms of discrimination against women and girls is not only a basic right, it is also essential to speed up sustainable development.

Discrimination doesn’t exist at ARPA. 50% of the members of the company’s Board of Directors are women.

We do not stand for any type of discrimination, violence or exploitation against women in our projects.

Goal 10REDUCED INEQUALITIES

Inequality must be eradicated, which means that the capacity to produce wealth must be equal anywhere in the world.

Thanks to our Data Centers we bring technology closer to society anywhere on the scale required.

Goal 11SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES

To help cities absorb the high demographic increase that they are undergoing, as well as to promote the availability of safe and reasonable housing, scalable infrastructures are needed in large cities. The increase in public transportation networks, users of telecommunications and other services mean that it is all connected.

We supply modular and scalable solutions that adapt to the needs of society at all times.

We must work towards a society that evolves, and this requires strong, peaceful, fair leaders and institutions that lead society down the path of responsible development.

Our Data Centers, which are audited by International Agencies, ensure the integrity of personal data in very sensitive matters such as elections, health or justice.
